Return Conditions

1. Items must be in original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags attached.
2. Items must be free of perfume, makeup stains, or signs of wear.
3. Packaging, shoe boxes, and dust bags must be returned undamaged.

How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: Select whether you prefer an exchange, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method.
Step 3: Download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our team.
Step 4: Drop your securely packaged parcel at the nearest designated courier point.

Return Shipping Fees and Refunds

Exchanges and Store Credit: Free worldwide return shipping on all size or style exchanges.

Refunds: A flat return fee of $10 USD or 10 EUR will be deducted from your total refund to cover return express shipping logistics.

Processing Time: Once received at our warehouse, returns are inspected and processed within 3 to 5 business days. Refunds reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days depending on your bank.
